A doctoral student position - Ref. No. 2023/3

A doctoral student position is available in the Complex Networks and Brain Dynamics group as part of the "Symmetries of brain connectivity" project funded by the Czech Science Foundation. This position is concerned with developing mathematical tools to handle symmetry in real-world networks, emphasizing brain complex networks. This task requires combined experience in graph theory, algebraic graph theory, combinatorics, data analysis, statistics, and algorithm design. The ultimate goal is to implement some of the suggested methods into algorithms that can be utilized to analyze brain data.
