We offer a full-time position with the following benefits:

  • Expert Grant Support: Comprehensive assistance from our central Grant Office throughout the fellowship preparation and realization. Support and feedback from the academic supervisor.

  • Competitive Salary (MSCA Conditions): Full-time employment contract with remuneration fully based on MSCA unit costs (Horizon Europe / OP JAK), including the living allowance adjusted by the country correction coefficient for the Czech Republic, a monthly mobility allowance, and a family allowance (if eligible).
  • Research, Training & Travel Budget: Dedicated funding directly allocated to your research activities, conference attendance, consumables, and specialized training.
  • Standard of Employment: Social security and full health insurance coverage compliant with the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers.

  • PhD Degree: Must hold a PhD at the call deadline (or have successfully defended prior to the deadline), with a maximum of 8 years of research experience post-PhD.
  • Mobility Rule: You must not have resided or carried out your main activity (work, studies) in the Czech Republic for more than 12 months in the 36 months immediately before the call deadline.
  • Excellent publication track record relative to career stage and fluent written/spoken English.

Conditions of the contract:

  • You will be appointed for a 24 months duration.
