MSCA Fellowships on ICS

MSCA - OP JAK - MŠMT EH22_010/0012891 [Registered results] 2025 - 2027

Principal Investigator: Jun Wu, Ph.D. Dominik Klepl, MSc, Ph.D.

The aim of the project is to strengthen the internationalization of the research environment at the Institute of Computer Science of the CAS, to support international cooperation in science and research and to support the professional growth of researchers through individual mobilities. By implementing the mobilities of researchers, the project will contribute to the development of international cooperation at the institute, the exchange of knowledge and experience of researchers.

Project registration number: CZ.02.01.01/00/22_010/0012891

The project implements two key activities (KA) through individual mobilities of researchers:

  1. Jun Wu (Project New Perspectives in Cognitive Diagnosis Models) focuses on identifiability, structure learning, and extensions of specific CDMs. Its aim is to deepen understanding of the statistical and algebraic properties of cognitive diagnostic models and provide flexible methods and tools for various data applications.
  2. Dominik Klepl (Project Semi-Supervised Pre-trained Neural Networks for Schizophrenia Subtyping ) is investigating the challenge of identifying distinct subtypes of schizophrenia using functional neuroimaging data. The mobility project develops a graph neural network for identifying schizophrenia subtypes from fMRI. By pre-training on healthy brain scans, it creates a normative model for detecting abnormalities in patients, with the aim of improving classification, diagnosis and treatment planning.
