REGISTRATION Those wishing to participate at the meeting are requested to fill in the Reply Form and to pay the registration fee. Accommodation deposit fee should be included along with the registration fee should you require accommodation. The remaining balance to be paid shortly thereafter and before the meeting. LUNCHES In the Masarykova Hostel venue there is a restaurant with reserved seats for you. You can order a lunch at a price of approximately CZK 150 – 200 (three courses menu incl. drink). Please include with your Reply Form proof of your payment (of the registration fee, the accommodation deposit, and the social program activities if requested). The accommodation balance will be charged after October 10, unless you have cancelled in writing your room reservation. Confirmation of your payment will be e-mailed to you and the original will be given to you upon your arrival at the registration desk. CANCELLATION POLICY Refunds of the registration fees will be provided for all written cancellations postmarked no later than October 10, 2002. Refunds of accommodation payments will be provided in full for all written cancellations postmarked no later than October 10. Any cancellations after that date will result in a one-night charge. |
