The total Accommodation payment is composed of the accommodation deposit (payable together with the registration fee) and the accommodation balance (the difference between your prior paid deposit and the rest of the costs of your stay).

Example: 4 nights/single room at Denisa Hotel (CZK 1250 per night)
Accommodation deposit = CZK 1000
Accommodation balance = CZK 4000
Total accommodation payment = CZK 5000

Any changes in hotel booking (after the payment of the accommodation balance) will be solved individually.
