In early 2025 we anticipate a call of Postdoc Individual Fellowships — Incoming funded by the Czech Science Foundation (eligibility conditions). This is a personal grant with duration up to three years that allows the fellow to work on the topic of their choice. The applicant is supposed to write a proposal describing the scientific goals. Should you be interested in applying for this fellowship and your interests are close to those of the combinatorial group, do not hesitate to contact us (email Matas Šileikis). Usually the deadline for proposals is in April, so it is recommended to get in touch with us a couple of months in advance.

The Czech Academy of Sciences cooperates with all major Czech universities in PhD programmes. Get in touch with our researchers should you be considering PhD studies under their supervision. Note that funding is an issue and much more likely to be resolved when started early. Ideally, you should contact us by the end of November if you want to start studies in the next academic year.
